Job Description
To support our team, we are looking for employees for internal sales as soon as possible.
For reasons of better readability, the language forms male, female and diverse are not used at the same time. All job titles apply equally to all genders.
WHAT YOU DO
- Supporting our customers on commercial and technical questions
- Entering, processing and communicating customer orders
- Ensuring 1st level support for all inquiries from our customers
- Calculation and offer preparation for specialist bicycle retailers
- Close collaboration and exchange with our field sales force and team members from related areas, such as product development and marketing
What you bring in:
- You ideally have completed commercial training
- You are enthusiastic about bicycles and are interested in the bike industry
- You have strong communication skills and are always solution and customer-oriented
- You have learned to work independently
- You see reliability and trust as important values in your life
- You want to work in an innovative, fast-growing team< /li>
- You are able to work efficiently with computer systems, such as MS Office and an ERP system, or to familiarize yourself with them
- Good knowledge of German and English your profile; Further language skills, such as Dutch, would be a big plus
